About to file a writ of habeas corpus for client where I.C.E. detainer is not executed and bond was paid. Will judge revoke bond if he hears about I.C.E. detainer. I’m guessing he will after I file this. Thoughts?

Partners - how do you help to communicate with a client who think costs for perticular solution should be 20-30% lower than we propose. Especially when we have provided estimate at vary granular activities. Clients only rational for lower cost is that only way they would be able to convince other stakeholders to fund the program. How do we enable balance here

Do you have someone in your office/group that you just loathe? They’ve only been on good projects with strong project teams since they’ve started. Upper management's direction is to put together the most aggressive deadlines we can. If we think a project will take 16 months, make the plan for 10 months then there's a chance we may launch in 13 months.
