In your experience, what is the one tool / must-have / methodology any of your companies use to bring about a cohesive and comprehensive go-to-market strategy in the launch of new products and services? As a company scales, coordinating cross-functionally and across time zones is becoming increasingly challenging so we have identified that we need frameworks or tools to help us go-to-market in a less clumsy, more coordinated fashion. Would love to get your ideas on this.

What’s your work-life balance like? I feel like I’m constantly working after hours, always balancing multiple projects, hardly ever going through a phase where there isn’t a ton of critical initiatives going on. It definitely wasn’t like this when I was a more junior PMM, but as a Senior PMM, my work-life balance has severely decreased. Is this just the nature of Product Marketing? Or can I actually find a senior PMM role that allows a bit more room to breathe?

any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!
