What are your suggestion on how to negotiate wage, etc. after bring offered a role?

I have been offered a role with a local nonprofit that recently received a large grant which is resulting in an 800% increase in staff. After consulting the PNP Staffing Group's 2024 NONPROFIT SALARIES AND STAFFING TRENDS, their offer is 7-16K below market rate.

I was hired by a SaaS company for 95,000 Fr as a Senior Full Stack Developer. I have 9 years of experience and I worked in multiple startups and technologies. I also have relatively better experience in NodeJS, React, SQL, Elasticsearch.
I wouldn't say I am great at solving coding challenges but I believe with some practice I can get better.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant.
