They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany ( already done with client interview). My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Is it the same like other MNCs - TCS , Infosys, HCL,Wipro etc? Or how much I can ask? Mindtree
Got an interview with Amazon within their Advertising department. I hear working for Amazon can be great if you get into the right department. Anyone have insights to their advertising department? Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

Engage your warm contacts and social circle more actively beyond recruiters. Best intros happen this way and sometimes it isnt obvious so ask around even if there isnt a clear link to your target firm of choice at first glance.

I know some that left to clients as in house consultants. But ofc your best bet would be referral from your big circle.
Warm intros like SA1 said. Message Firm or uni alumni in the places you’re looking into.
Or if you’re Lebanese or Indian, reach out to any of your mafia members. Good luck!👍🏼
Lol I wish there was an Indian mafia. Nowhere near as united nor do we look out for each other the way the Lebanese do. Actually find it quite admirable.
