Hey EPAMMERS , a good news to all EPAM Anywhere new joiners who are yet to join. The only constraint with EPAM Anywhere is the bench pay policy. We don't get fixed salary while on bench. New joiners have an option to opt for fixed pay or flexible pay. Do reach out to HR and get your salary structure revised. NOTE: While revising from flexible to fixed pay your actual CTC will be reduced. In my case Flexible pay was X and now fixed pay is X-1.8LPA.
Hey all! I’m currently on the hunt for an elementary position! I’m a certified teacher in who left my former district for many reasons. I’m currently finishing my second year as a paraprofessional in a new district, but I’m in need of a teaching position and more income 😣
I am struggling. I have been a top performer for 5+ years and recently had had 3 failures at work. I feel like the biggest loser, ashamed and embarrassed. I lost 2 promotions and won't hit quota this qtr. I should be the best on my team - I've been here the longest, but I suck currently. I welcomed feedback about the promotions, taking action, trying to get better, but emotionally I am so down. My self worth is tied to my success at work, which is super F*(&ed up. I can't get out of my head!
I want to move across state and because of covid there's a lot of temporary-remote and partial-WfH jobs. So it seems like a good time to make the jump. But I'm worried that small companies will still see an out-of-towner as a gamble, even if they're ok with remote work. How do I address this in my cover letter? How much info do I give about why I want to move there & why now? (PS I'm new here and this seemed like the most relevant bowl, please let me know if I should put it somewhere else.)
Woke up to a hotel breakfast of stale bagels, spoiled milk and rancid yogurt... great start to a client week onsite!
Going on all these interviews and constantly getting asked why I want to leave the firm. Wouldn't a better question be why should I stay? ✋🏻#baifelicia
