Hey all! I’m currently on the hunt for an elementary position! I’m a certified teacher in who left my former district for many reasons. I’m currently finishing my second year as a paraprofessional in a new district, but I’m in need of a teaching position and more income 😣

I am struggling. I have been a top performer for 5+ years and recently had had 3 failures at work. I feel like the biggest loser, ashamed and embarrassed. I lost 2 promotions and won't hit quota this qtr. I should be the best on my team - I've been here the longest, but I suck currently. I welcomed feedback about the promotions, taking action, trying to get better, but emotionally I am so down. My self worth is tied to my success at work, which is super F*(&ed up.
