I am going to join CitiusTech in 40 days. the hr said i can opt for 1 day wfm in a week. but if i am in a phi project then i am not eligible for wfh. can anyone tell me what are phi projects in CitiusTech

I’m a scheduler in a major hospital, see my position in other departments being advertised as remote available. How can I successfully negotiate WFH? I’d like to cut down on my 44-mile one way commute.

I have recently joined bank of america, india branch, it's not been 15 days actually. And they are asking all the employees who are working from home to come to office. Which is 18 april. Can we as a employee ask the company to continue with the work from home model.

Any thoughts on what the 'full' transition to hybrid will look like? Do you think showing up in-person to the office would be required even if the client isn't requesting it?
