I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Hey all, staff 2 experienced hire here and been trying to figure out this whole dynamic. Executives: take care of your mental health. Also: get your 5 other training done, manage the client, to get promoted make sure you’re doing this extra thing despite already performing above level! Oh, plus 1s: take on more! Attend more meetings on sales and quotas. Support your team members who don’t perform at level. Don’t lose your shit when your client is making rather blind decisions and adding more meetings because they don’t know what they are doing. Then the audacity: how are you?! 🥹🤬
