Creative. Last in line with the least amount of time to produce the most amount of work that everyone else was just spending weeks delaying a brief on. And god forbid we miss a deadline. And don’t forget to “have fun with it”

The gaslighting i despise is when the account people act enthusiastic and say how great things are going with the work in the all agency meetings. But in reality my partner and i are pissed off the great ideas we had were killed and now we’re smacking some lipstick on a pig. Like just be honest and say it’s not great but we’re making it work.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful.
