I recently started at Slalom with just over 3 years and got 110 for base. But that just answers one of your questions... as far as people, culture, work, etc. I would say the obvious answer is work life balance is the biggest benefit of slalom. I haven’t worked here long enough to speak to the work and professional dev, but my initial reactions are that the people are great and the prof development is all self motivated - the hierarchy is flaaaaat. You could have the same title for many, many, years unless you take on the initiative to move up - without following a timeline or list of check boxes. There are some folks who say it’s a lot off staff aug, but I haven’t seen that. Also, know that each office is run differently and therefore could vary widely
90-100. Slow salary progression after that
Came from McKinsey. Love Slalom. I work in strategy. So much freedom and so much love here.
Definitely more subjective. Gotta have the right relationships and be putting out solid work from what I've seen in my time here

Type of work varies by market as local offices are in different stages of maturity
What does taking initiative to move up look like? Is there a model those follow, or is it more subjective based on the value leadership sees?

SC4, tier 1
@SL2 - why did you leave Mckinsey ??
Poor culture in the digital space. Unable to bridge the gap between recommendation and implementation. Testing and iteration is the path to success and you can't see an initiative through if you walk away in the first few months.
