What do you all say as your reasons for leaving your PA job? I have an interview tomorrow for a senior tax accountant for a large bank. Of course the main reason I want to leave is because of the busy season hours, but I don’t want to come across as lazy or not a hard worker, I just want to be able to have a life again! Also not sure how much overtime this new position would require. What’s everyone’s thoughts?

But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? If yes what would be a subtle way to do so?
