What do you do to shake off any "yuck" from the week when it's finally over? I am a hit the Friday happy hour hard kind of person, followed by the occasional weekend massage.

I have a Pilates class at 4:30 every Friday that's pretty rigorous. It forces me to close the laptop at a decent hour and switches my focus off hard mental/emotional work and on hard physical work. I usually cap that off with a couple of drinks 😉

Being in dei there are so many opinions, bottlenecks, challenges, etc. It can result feel line a losing battle and get overwhelming.
I try to keep my work in perspective. I love what I do. I love making a difference. I love making things better around me. But I'm not what I do. Keeping that in mind helps keep me from carrying all the mess from work home.

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. Latinx - help! We used this term in our diversity spotlight discussing Hispanic Heritage Month. One individual said that in English a group of Latinos would just be Latins to be gender neutral.
