What do you do when someone is continuously undermining your decision?

I am a post-producer working with an integrated producer. For anything he asks that he did not get, he would either ask my supervisor for approval or his to speak to mine so I will give in. My supervisor supports me. I am basically following company policy, and even bending them a little bit to accommodate requests to meet halfway. But he just wants things his way.

What is a good way to deal with it?

Does LTI change joining date , my issue is my notice period is 30 days remaining but due to some dependency it may be extended 10 to 15 days. What can I do in this situation ?

AMA: International Travel (US to Europe) During Coronavirus! I found very little info on this topic before my trip and had a bunch of questions which I wish someone could have helped with. Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
