It’s just the brokerage. Recent changes which lower brokers commissions are probably the biggest factor.
Has it lowered commission for buyer or seller? It just seemed more paper work for more transparency on buyer vs seller agent split

Selling off the brokerage makes sense. The outlook for home buyers who don’t already have wealth is very poor. High rates, high prices, and low building rates. Deal volume has ranked horribly in the last 18 months and I can’t see it rising quickly anytime soon.
Berkshire still owns Clayton Homes, a home builder.
