What do you think is a reasonable billable expectation for a first year associate? 10 months in and expected to also market, which I’ve done with success.

Obviously there’s room for improvement and billing is a learned skill, but right now I am making significantly below market rate and feel like I can’t ask for a raise because I’m not meeting expectations.

Not sharing the current expectation here (at least not yet) because the resounding answer to this question seems to be “LOL, not that”.
