What do you think is worse, having a boss that is a micromanager or having a boss that panics under pressure. I would say micromanager is worse.

Oh, that's a tough one. Both of those types of managers are a massive headache. If I really had to pick one, I would agree with you and say that the micromanager is worse. Micromanagers never give it a rest. The panickers usually panic because they are too laid back and hands off the rest of the time, so at least they aren't consistently awful.

I’m having trouble working in Tax. I’m overwhelmed and am feeling like I’m not producing my best work. I want to talk to someone at work about it but a) I don’t know who to go to and b) feel like it’s not worth it because there’s nothing that anyone can do but tell me to get a different job. I feel like I SHOULD say something to someone though, right? Idk. I’ve been on the job hunt for a while now and am not really having any luck, which is just adding to my despair. What should I do?

Been working at D India as a Manager (Not USI) for past few months.
Ask me anything as there are very few reviews available online.
To clear few misconceptions

3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

I have a governmental entity client in Texas that wants to offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees, even those who aren’t eligible for FMLA. After the paid 6 weeks, the employee can choose to continue paid leave using any accrued personal leave.

Texas does not have a paid parental leave statute.

If paid leave above what is required is offered for parents, do we also have to provide the same benefit to other employees that are eligible for unpaid leave?
