The biggest misconception about the military is that it is a job for people who are not smart or who cannot do anything else. This is not true at all. The military is a highly respected and honorable profession that takes a lot of intelligence and skill to do well.

In reality, there are many opportunities for women in the military and they can be just as successful as their male counterparts. The military is an equal opportunity employer and provides a number of opportunities for women to succeed.
