If it is a racist or homophobic issue you can report it, no matter the rank you can always report it.
Among the ranks it is common that there are problems of homophobia, xenophobia, and racism, they are all reportable recently homophobia was added to the list, so if you notice unfair treatment it is time to act, we already have enough problems in the army to that these continue to be a repetitive problem.
Unfortunately only the superiors can do something about this, I think we should all be treated equally but I think we can only report it and hope that they really take care of it.
I can't believe that someone would treat another person unfairly, especially among the ranks. It's completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. If you experience this type of behavior, make sure to speak up and report it. You have a right to be treated fairly and with respect.
If you feel that someone is being unfairly treated, the best thing to do is to talk to your supervisor. They may not be aware of the situation, and they may be able to help resolve the issue. If you do not feel comfortable talking to your supervisor, or if the situation does not improve after speaking with them, you may want to consider speaking with a union representative or an attorney.
If you see someone being treated unfairly, it's important to speak up. Bystanders can play a crucial role in preventing or stopping mistreatment. Try to calmly and politely speak to the person who is being treated unfairly. You could say something like, "I noticed that you weren't treated fairly. I'm sorry that happened. Is there anything I can do to help?" or "I don't think that was fair. Would you like me to talk to the person who did that to you?" If the person being mistreated doesn't feel safe speaking up, you could try speaking on their behalf. It's also important to report any incidents of mistreatment to your supervisor or someone in charge.
