Next to nothing. There's a mention of Mental Health Awareness day/month in the newsletter whenever it rolls around, and that's about it. Supporting employee wellness costs money, which negatively impacts the bottom line, so there's no appetite for it.
That sounds bizarre. If they had that kind of money in the budget it's a strange decision to make. Maybe I'm too cynical, but I can't help but wonder what kind of weird corrupt deal that must have been.

Wellness programs sometimes miss what staff actually need. Practical improvements like better equipment, safer parking, or reliable break areas can often make a bigger difference than symbolic gestures.
