That's about right for us. $150/quarter on average.
My water bill is always $19 a month. I live in a one bedroom apartment and it’s just me so I’m assuming I’m always at the minimum.
Between $100 & $150 a month. Not sure what is or isn’t reasonable though.
Just got my first bill for $306. New house so I doubt there is a leak but seems insanely high

It is possible it is some transition thing where they hadn't checked the water meter for a while and you are getting hit with the true-up.
Are there any large charges or does it all seem to be driven by volume?
If you have a sprinkler system turn off the valve to it for an hour or two and then turn it back on. In theory you'd only hear the water rushing for a second so if it keeps running for a while that could be a clue that it is letting water through even when off.
