What have you found to be the best methods for picking up part time work outside of your normal work? Looking to get involved in some startups or think tanks but have not made it a priority to go out to networking events. Is that all I need to change or is there other ways of finding these opportunities?

Salary is not much different (165) but bonus/equity structure is decent. fully remote, dope company etc. I’ll be moving laterally in terms of title but I get the impression the scope/impact is larger and leveling is different in tech… no brainer?

Thoughts on Google L5 non-tech offer? Sales S&O GCP. ~8 YOE in both Fortune 100 and SaaS companies. No MBA.
