Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. I have relieving letter but no experience letter from one of my previous employer where I worked for 3 months

Fir the new company,third party BGV is not considering relieving letter and pay slips from this employer. They are asking for experience letter only and without that BGV would be not be able to proceed.
I have already requested my previous employer to share the experience letter but they have not reverted yet.
Please suggest if joining new organisation where bgv is going on.
