Even though the firm is good culture wise, I cannot stop thinking about the wage pay gap that we have here. Work Culture is good/ many perks, Company does everything to make it employee centric place.
Still seems like the real struggle of joining a start up, maybe because of new work/less business understanding /new tech stack / new process.
