What if your salary in your current company is far less than the industrial standard. Even 50 or 60 percent hike won't match the industrial standard. Does Amgen provide an industrial standard package or normal hikes based on your current CTC?

People who have cheated in their previous relationships, how did you come to realize the reason behind your behavior? A close friend confided in me that she has cheated in all her previous relationships and struggles to understand the reasoning behind it.
