What if your salary in your current company is far less than the industrial standard. Even 50 or 60 percent hike won't match the industrial standard. Does Amgen provide an industrial standard package or normal hikes based on your current CTC?

Any idea on how to contact Capgemini HR for your offer ? I cleared the technical round, had sent them my documents and completed AMCAT test 2 days back. When I was following up on the status the HR with whom I had my salary discussion asked me to contact 2 other HRs. I only have their mail IDs . Now I am clueless about how to proceed . Can anyone help me on this ? Also , is AmCAT an elimination test??? Please guide me through

So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.
