What’s your profitability after overhead and direct expenses? It’s going to be something less than that net.
That’s a problem. But you can figure it out. Estimate direct expenses and share of overhead as best you can.

Yes but I believe most Realtors pay the overhead etc out of their commissions, different model all together

See the other thread where someone had $2.3M in origination and $450k in working. I’d guess $250ish depending on market
I’m following as my billing is at a similar level and I am also a non-equity partner.

Rule of 1/3s is the best gauge, you should participate in the last 1/3 based on origination and what went into it (all 100% you or did the organization or others in it help?)
