What is a reasonable base to ask for a first year manager at EY (FSO). They are asking for my compensation expectations and want to make sure I am not throwing a random number out there.

I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?

(I've heard that other SDRs were earning around 40k EUR 70% base salary and 18k EUR 30% variable earnings, in Ireland)

My question is - what about interest? I am energized by execution, not so much strategy. Is product management for me, or should I be looking at other career paths? Looks like B4 partners makes the most $$ in the long run, even tech/FAANG or industry level senior roles doesn’t pay more then $600-700k, except a few roles like ceo/IB/PE/other financial roles/startup rsu (of u r lucky). Can anyone please provide any insight on how raises typically work in this industry? I know bonuses are a big component, but does total comp increase year over year? Or will that increase with a promotion only, and till then the target bonus is the number to expect. Thanks in advance for any insight.
