Are there “prestigious” plaintiff-side firms? Ones with mostly or all T-14 grads?

Oh honey… you think where you went to law school still matters. It doesn’t.

I get what you’re saying, but asking whether other people think it matters doesn’t mean that I think it matters!

A6: All of their attorneys are rich af.

Susman Godfrey, Selendy & Gay, Quinn Emanuel, Kellogg Hansen. All do a mix of plaintiff and defense work but are very plaintiff heavy and are probably harder to break into than most of the V20 firms. Plenty of prominent plaintiff only firms too. Gibbs & Bruns, Milberg, Robins Kaplan etc.

There are certainly plaintiffs firms with all T-14 grads. There are also certainly plaintiff firms that would be considered prestigious. The two don’t necessarily always overlap.

Keller Lenkner was founded by former SCOTUS clerks and does solely plaintiff-side work, from what I can tell.

Hi all,

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. What do I do?

My wife is around 3 months pregnant. Doctor has recommended Irospan. And my insurance says they don’t cover it. And it is coming aroun 695$ without insurance, I found good Rx coupon which comes around 200$. Does anyone have better suggestions to check for coupons? And is iron deficiency common during pregnancy? Any valuable suggestions are welcome. Thanks

I’ve been going through it this month. Was on Buspirone for 4 weeks which caused a n of depression. Now I just started Zoloft and I’m feeling extra anxious and hypersensitive. One of my colleagues made fun of an idea I suggested and I’m taking it way more seriously than I should. How did your journey go to get on meds and adjust to them? I hate feeling so up and down.

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.
