What is an acceptable salary range for a contractor SAP functional consultant with 10yrs exp and MBA? Does 35-40LPA seem fair?

1. How is the company in terms of growth and learnings, for data analysts?
2. How much shall I expect in terms of salary and benefits?

3.5YOE; 26yo - 90k€ + fully paid company car exit offer as In-house Consultant for IT-Management. 37h/week, 30 days of vacation and as much remote work as I want.
Also after 2 years automatic raise to 105€k

Was recently offered comp of 160k with 20% bonus was informed will not receive bonus for 2022 due to time of year (too late based on hiring date) Therefore I'm curious to say if I should be asking for higher salary base or a sign on bonus in lieu of the lack of bonus since I won't be receiving a bonus until 2024 technically?

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?
