People are generally nice and willing to help out. Office culture is better in the offices with a higher % of people under 35 (e.g, Philly, SF, NY)

Nice 👍

I love our culture. People are awesome and smart and the P group is really willing to invest in and engage with jr team

We're all friendZS

But seriously, the culture is very open and collaborative. The people we hire are fun, kind, and humble. Because we're not on the road Mon-Thurs we have ample opportunity to build friendships with our colleagues.

30 m ny/nj. US citizen. Moved as a teenager. INTJ. Single since I figured I’m not fighting the biological clock and have all the time in the world to meet someone and get settled. Things changed after I watched Akshay’s mom (Indian Matchmaking) tell him even 25 is too late and not marrying somehow messes up lives of people around him. While the show was staged, there might be truth to the latter part.
Looking for F in ny/nj. Personality: NOT Aparna. NOT Nadia but def more Nadia than Aparna.🙏

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
