What is something you would change about your company? With mine it would be this radius requirement they started implementing!

Our hybrid policy. Two days WFH, three days in office isn't bad in theory, but we were previously full time WFH. It's been a rough adjustment.

I dont' think we need to be in the office five days a week. We were doing just fine when we were all remote. I don't see why everyone has to be back in the office.

I would change the work from home 3 day requirement

Hello. What tools are you all using to stay up to date to the multistate HR requirements in the remote environment and handbook/policy updates? How often do you partner with a legal team to review policy updates? Company size is 300, digital agency and rapidly scaling this year. Thanks in advance!

User experience mgr salary? I support six product teams and eight reports. 20+ years experience

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. I execute tasks from two investment advisors and two financial planners - they make the decisions of what should happen & I make it happen.

I have an offer and want to negotiate

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.
