I'd say PTO. I got an extra 5 days the last time I negotiated. Might not sound like a lot, but it made a ton of difference to me.
Flexibility to work remote when desired.
This is it for me.
In my opinion PTO.
PTO and documented commitment to allow remote working.
Performance / bottom-line-impact-based variable bonus percentage of that bottom line. If not as a variable percentage of the bottom line than a variable percentage of the annual salary.
Snacks in the office - lolz but seriously PTO
Stock options. Depending on level, they can be more than salary.
I wish we could all be as easy to please as Michael Scott. I have to agree with the others and say that both PTO, and work from home flexibility would be top of my list. If I really had to pick one, I would say work from home.
