I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

I was bold last year and it didn’t work out. Ended up returning to my prior employer that I had initially left because I thought I was selling myself short. Turns out the grass isn’t always greener
I am getting barred through reciprocity in New York. I’m wanting to make a big move from the West coast to the East coast market. Feels like it has the potential to really shake things up for me and my family. Big risks are terrifying! My fingers and toes are crossed that the stars line up how I’m hoping.

I love this post and I definitely agree with you. 2026 is the year to be bold becaus nobody is going to make moves for you. I am looking for a new job in this new year and I am not willing to settle.
Knowing how aggressively AI is taking people's jobs I decided to re open my own company again
I'm not going to work for pennies or wait to be told ; your position is no longer needed
Knowing how expensive everything is $80,000 a year is a minimum to sustain an average life style
Having more than one business that produces income is also a must
So my bold moves are going to be ; taking action towards my own success without even thinking about contributing time and energy into somebody else's company
