What is the culture at different LEK offices?

Considering a lateral into LEK (LEK associate position) from a boutique, and for location preferences, I'm debating between: SF, LA, NY, and Boston.

Most important to me are (1) WLB (I know...) and (2) cost of living (since I want to save up money)

EY GDS - 15LPA
PWC SDC - 12LPA
Which is better to join?
Also, will PWC revise the CTC , if I show EY as counter offer?

Starting a new job next month, and considering taking two days off for kids’ spring break next month. Not sure whether it’s appropriate to request time off for a new job (I would’ve preferred not to take any time off for first three months). I may just be able to just ask for a single Friday off (so 1 day rather than 2 days).
