What is the culture like at Centene? I am interviewing for a couple roles and they are going well but as in any interview process getting the culture down can be not as accurate as reality :). Anything anyone want to share about how you feel and the direction Centene is going? Would you recommend Centene as a good place to work?

H1B visa stamped.

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

This feels like unfair practice. Is it common? What should be my approach?

Get thanked for my complimentary followup sent post-final interview. 48hrs later, same recruiter (on speakerphone) tells me job is now hold and "you must be upset" and good luck in your search.

What are questions you ask in day one to learn team dynamics?

Product managers - are you typically accountable for delivery of features? ie once a set of features are in a sprint are you accountable if dev/QA work is delayed or does that sit with the engineering managers/leads? I’m in that situation where my company has over committed to delivering a bunch of features and trying to figure out what else I can do to help.
