Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

It's mostly dependent on your practice/team. For the most part, now that EYs vaccination policy took effect last week, people are expected to be more comfortable going in and overall there's a push to go in for most people. But it's only just starting so can't really tell how much it will pick up. There are some groups that work mostly remote, others more on-site
You cannot enter the office or client sites, nor can you attend firm-sponsored events, unless you are vaccinated. Going to the office is optional right now, although I know some teams are encouraging coming into the office for a couple of days for in person experiences. I think if you do WFH you need to be close to your assigned location, but not sure - they still may let you work anywhere within the US.
On the relocation piece, they along with many companies are trying to deal with people living in low cost areas but trying to get mapped to high cost areas. I'm sure there are state tax issues at play too.
In my case, it is more about not having the team at my current location. If the time comes, I will be relocating within the state so tax won’t be an issue here.
Thanks for input! Hiring manager said that I would need to relocate to the job location even the whole team WFH there.
