I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

In my experience with being on the hiring side sometimes the internal process is slower than you’d like or need it to be. If you’ve already followed up twice before I’d give it another week before chasing again.

I thought I was being ghosted by the recruiter for the position I have now after two weeks of radio silence. Turns out he was legit busy and finance was taking forever on the approval.
Apply the same rules as dating: I would not follow up. S/he knows who you are and if interested will come to you. Move on to the next oppy and if you’re right for the position - you’ll get that call. Meantime, try not to focus on one opp but concentrate on opening doors for others. It’ll make you feel like you’re moving forward, even though this recruiter is stalling. Best of luck OP.
Thanks, that’s helpful!

You said it was informational, so is there a job opening? What do you mean by moving forward?
Yep there is a job opening and the informational interview was a meet and greet with the recruiter telling me about the position, me telling her about myself, and both of us asking questions. If I was interested, I was to send my resume and she would set up the interviews with the people I’d be reporting to, etc. So I did, and it’s been a week with no response.
Looking forward to reading all the replies on how the recruiter was too busy or other excuses basically saying it’s never the recruiter’s fault.
