Anyone got salary today??
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?
Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

Negotiating with EY for M/SM Tech Consulting. I have 15 years experience, skills are in demand and my interviews went extremely well. 1. What are the salary ranges for M and SM in NYC. 2. I am told it is only going to be a M now, for my own benefit-no EY network means failure at selling. Whats the highest salary I can negotiate at M. Any other tips will be handy. I have "sold" (support on sales & new roles through relationships) plus I have solid delivery experience. I really want SM 😀😀😀 EY

Based on last salary survey u should come in at 200+ based and 20-30k signing. Your bonus will be at least 15-20k a year.
I’m of the opinion you should always make the first move with comp negotiations so that you anchor high.
That said, I’d think in NYC anywhere from 200-250 is within reason. Also our SMs get stock so you need to decide if you want cash or stock (or mix) for signing. I’d probably try ask for a 25% total signing and split it across cash and stock. They may be more favorable giving the stock since it comes with a vesting schedule and if you don’t need the cash the stock should appreciate nicely.
I’m Consulting though, but I’d think Security would be comparable comp given the demand
