What is the format for design interviews in Robinhood?

Hey, a Private Banking analyst with 0.5YOE here and I'm starting to realize it's not the role for me. I'm really interested in FinTech roles, but wondering how I can pivot to Fintech roles that typically require 1+ year of experience in IB, consulting, or SWE? Would love to connect with people in this industry to learn more about their roles!

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. Pre-approved for a home but the rate lock expired and now we have to re apply. My husband lets me know his credit score dropped 111 points because of credit card utilization. Even if we get it below 30% ( which we can) not sure it will quickly reflect. I also added him as an authorized user on a high limit credit card I have. I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
