What should be the salary for Manager / Sr Manager having 14+ yoe in project/product service operations? I am at 32 lpa which I think is quite low having worked with top consulting firms for close to 12 years.

I've been searching for a new job because I know I am underpaid. I have 12+ years of experience in the event industry and seven years in the Event Tech world. I interviewed with Netflix, Amazon, and Microsoft. I went through all the stages, but I was not selected. Any advice? I think I did great in all my interviews; my resume is solid, and I have four university degrees including a Master’s. I speak English and Spanish. Any advice of what my problem might be?

I applied for a job and received an offer from my client. 15k+ bump in salary, better benefits/remote work, and responsibilities will give me exposure to all areas of the organization (start up). I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?

Anybody interest in buying/becoming an owner in a farm in NJ? My family has a very profitable farm and they want to find a buyer that will take over the business. They will teach you everything. They sell fresh cut flowers. I would do it, but I just got funding for my startup. They turn over about a .5 million just the two of them (mom and dad).
