Case:
Understand the difference between GAAP and adjusted EBITDA.
Your goal should be to get to adjusted true ebitda, what we call QoE
Then add a few items about debt profile and risk factors unique to the case maybe international deal then talk about exchange rate risk, customer profile etc.
You’ll be good. Behavioral’s I followed STAR and tried to be relaxed and it’s ez pz :)

To get to adjusted EBITDA, a good place to start is think of concepts that are not necessarily normal course of business. So non-recurring, one-time items such as lawsuit. Look at any changes in management (especially at CXO level - executive comp is an area of scrutiny).
And on the note of debt profile, considering debt and debt-like items and net working capital considerations.
Although I feel like internship case interviews probably won’t be so in-depth. There’s not a whole lot of QoEs out there for people to study. So I think if OP can just speak to these concepts, it’d prob go a long way.
