My friend has offers at both firms and is concerned about culture with taking McKinsey, in large part due to consistent scandals. It seems like everyone has a life outside of work and as much as we talk about being collaborative and teamwork, no one on my team actually wants to develop friendships. Is it pointless? 1. Jio -9.5 lpa fixed + 1lpa vp + 1lpa jb
2. Evc Ventures - 11 fixed +3.5lpa vp

No 2 and 3 is not MNC.
