I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.

I had the opportunity to arrest a person for strange behavior in the park, the person was naked when we investigated we realized that he was about to rape and the sentence was 8 years for attempted rape, something never seen before in the city, but I feel that it was quite deserved.
Aggression in marriage is very common for us policemen to see, but it is still rare to see it from a woman to a man, once my partner and I arrived at a home to see how a woman was destroying a man (literally she was destroying), we managed to stop the lady and we called a policewoman to avoid future lawsuits when we went to trial the lady was sentenced with the same severity as if she were a man (something that does not usually happen).
A former partner that I had became a very corrupt policeman, abuse of power, racism, misogynism, etc... Since he was in the captain's family, nothing ever happened to him, but once the one who was his partner at the time recorded him doing things for himself. The ones that had been brought to his attention and he reported it, this police officer had immediate dismissal and 6 years in jail because he also had drug problems.
There are many minor or regular crimes committed by older adults, these crimes are usually punished with less severity, but once we had a call from a child who denounced his grandfather for abuse, and when we arrived at the site his mother denied it, sometime later we had the same call from the same child, we went to the place and arrested the "grandfather", the grandfather abused the child and his own daughter, he had been doing it for more than 40 years, the sentence was life imprisonment because he had 4 daughters and 6 grandchildren and everyone abused.
I once stopped a boy on the streets for being drugged, this boy had already visited the police station 3 times before, and my sergeant got a search warrant in this boy's compound, he was 18 years old and lived alone in a rented room, to our surprise this boy had more than 400 kilos of drugs, thanks to his arrest we realized that they were practicing a strategy of using young boys with rents to store large amounts of drugs around the city and thus have a safer distribution, while boy they gave him 4 years in jail.
