What is the normal range between salaries? The manager on my team makes $105k, the associate director makes $175k and the senior director makes $250k. These are all base salaries and everyone was hired in the past 6 months. I thought the spread would be larger.

I'm getting a MAcc to career change to forensic accounting. What opportunities are available to me with a data analytics heavy MAcc?
