What is the range of Autodesk Engineering M salary? I am being interviewed and looking for pointers for negotiation.

I was hired on with a company at the same time as my male coworker. We work the exact position, different projects.
I asked him flat out what his salary was when he hired on. His salary is at minimum 15% more. He’s never had a raise.
Neither one of us had any experience in this specific position but he didn’t even have experience in the field, which I did.
I requested a performance and salary review because it’s my annual review time anyway. Best way to address this? Also applying elsewhere.

Probably the antithesis of this bowl - but need some advice. This is for a house in a Southern metro.
