TCS SAP practice operates in a complete body shopping mode. You won’t get any support from practice and you will be made to do additional work because they will under quote to win the project .
EY1 and Principal 1 hit the nail on the head. Don’t be enticed with the offer.
From what I hear, it’s terrible. The company culture is a lot different from that of Big 4, and I see lots of people switching to TCS going back to Big 4/ ACN/ IBM after a short time
They offer you more money but the quality of work is not there. If you are looking for money and don’t care about your career then you are welcome here. But if you are driven, ambitious, trailblazer then TCS is not for you.
Everybody here wants to be the lead, there is no integration from people that are leading a project. Everybody does their thing with limited clue on what other does for the same system implementation .
In my opinion, TCS is good for a support project but not for full transformation.
Don't. Do. It.
Don’t do it. It’s horrible place to work . You will be treated like Dirt. Always suck up to the boss, because your boss will be doing the same thing and his boss too.. that’s the culture .
Terrible! Don’t do it!
TCS1 - could you provide some specifics ?
Spot on @Principal 1
P1 said it right, It’s an Indian body shop and the toxic culture will make you wanna resign on day 1.
I turned down a 20% higher offer from them due to lack of culture and career progression.
