What is the standard compensation structure and employee benefits at Credera India?

I currently work as a optician, referral coordinator and optometry technician. Busting my butt off wearing all 3 hats and I get paid $20 an hour… I don’t think this is a fare wage considering I’m doing the job of 3 people. I want to negotiate a higher wage any tips of what I should ask for?

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. I've been working out since early 2020 6x/ week and lost ~30lbs. However, I didn't adjust my eating -only switched to an intermittent fasting schedule (eat between 12-8pm).
