What is the the exit comp range for a Senior Consultant / Manager (post MBA)? More curious about the high end. My guess is ~150 - 300k total comp.

I recently received an opportunity from Google for a position of TAM and asked to schedule interviews. I got to speak with them and discuss about the role and then the HR linked myself with recruiter. But after a week, they did not scheduled any interviews and neither of them responding to my emails. Is the hiring at Google going freeze due to upcoming recession? If anybody else faced similar issues, please let me know. Also advise what should I do ?

Currently a big 4 consultant and got an offer from FAANG for a strategy and ops role that would bring my total comp up 60%. I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. It has always been a goal of mine to work for tier 1 strategy firm as I’ve always felt on the outside looking in at big4. I feel like most exit ops from strategy would be S&O industry roles but still can’t get these MBB firms out of my mind. Am I just overthinking this?

I am looking to pivot into consulting at one of the big4 ( for ~2-3 years)or any other consulting firm to have a well rounded experience that could be applicable to any industry.
