Is the offering good for 9 months experience guy in Bigdata Development.

Hybris uses Spring Framework internally as I am told but I want to grow as a Java backend developer and want to work with microservices based projects. I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Obviously it won't happen overnight, I have to give my handover and that could take a month, I am fine with that.
