^^^ most unhelpful post ever.
Dude..another vague no context raise question. Seriously it depends on so many factors. Just wait until fuckin August and you'll know your numbers.
Does anyone know the minimum for a manager? I'm an experienced hire S&O SC and I make about 118, rest of my peers make 135-140. Really hoping for a good bump once I make M.
D5, they pay 135 for SC? Damn I need to switch.
Oh nvm then lol. I'm in tech and no MBA
New MBA class starts at $140k-$145k
141k 2nd Year - 1st year YE was a 2 and had 2 PEs as 2 and 1 PE as a 3. For the haters about this question. Just skip it. You dont need to participate here. I was curious because i heard people going from 140 to 160 and from 140 to 145... I was just wondering... Thanks!
D10, you make a lot. Buy us beer!!!
.
D9 how many years in consulting in total?
Depends on starting point. D has stated that each level now has starting minimums. If you were a GSAP SC you were probably at the higher range of SC and your raise may not be as large as someone who was an experience hire making less at the SC level. MBAs will still be higher than non-MBAs, but the spread may be smaller. Also greatly depends on previous performance ratings.
Thanks!
Any numbers???
5k minimum manager bump. Though this year they might go easy on it.
135 with an MBA and in S&O
I'm already at 142k and just got promoted to M with a 2. I was hoping at least a 10% bump. Let's see
Is bump really that low to manager? Strategy& bumps from $140k to $180k I thought.
.
130 tech SC no MBA
They'll separate the merit vs promotion component so you know the breakdown. I will say I wasn't enthralled with my numbers last year when I made it, but also know I was at high end of SCs salary-wise so that may have factored in.
