How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Get up at 7am, move slowly, fantasize about being born into generational wealth, and then get ready, eat, start work around 830, wait for the Adderall to kick in, do a bunch of out scope work for my clients, get to standup late and mute my mic, lead calls where I treat the clients like toddlers, probably eat something around 1, continue the soul crushing, walk away from my desk around 530, get a bunch of pings, ignore them, make dinner, do more work around 9, lay in bed at 1030, doom scroll until midnight, and finally sleep.
Ok
I roll out of bed at 10am, check emails real quick, then video games all day until 5pm. Night routine and then more video games until 2am. Then sleep and wake up again at 10am…

You must have a PM that doesn’t have a consultative mind and just says yes to all meetings. Not every meeting needs to happen.
Get up at 7. Scroll. Feed dogs/make coffee. Do a chore. No stop meetings from 8:30/9 to 5/6. No lunch break. Sometimes I don’t have time to take a shit during the day.
Family time 6-9. Study for AI certification. Work emails before bed.
What material are you using for AI cert?
