What kind of benefits package separates a potential employer from the rest? Unlimited FTO? Great health insurance?

The main benefits I look for are 401k match and health insurance cost

like

This, plus a pension if you can find it.

Pretty much the only benefits option that would stand out to me at this point is the ability to work from home. My commute right now is horrible and I would pretty much take any job that would allow me to work from home.

+1 for 401k match and health insurance.

Also anything that supports flexibility (WFH, Flex Time, etc.)

I would love to have unlimited PTO as I have never had that at any company I have worked for. That being said, I always hear that unlimited PTO is a scam. Great health insurance is also hard to come by.

Pension and onsite subsidized daycare would sell me in a heartbeat

Additional Posts in Salary Negotiations

is anyone familiar with pay differentials, negotiating for a temporary raise or some other form of compensation for extra work? 3 coworkers on my team have recently resigned, and certain shifts are being expected to work at half staff until new hires can be brought on. if my workload is being doubled, i expect to be compensated, as they are paying one employee to do the work of two. any suggestions or wording on how to address this?

Does anyone have suggestions for what a salary should be for a Digital Marketing Analyst | Paid Social & Performance Media? I have 1 year of experience, the job asks for 0-1 year of experience. I feel I over meet the qualifications in some areas and just meet them in others. The recruiter said 50k is the salary the company is offer. I know I can negotiate. What are your thoughts on what the salary should be?

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I’ve got 5 very relevant years of experience and will have an associate manager directly reporting to me. Are there any marketers out there who can share their salaries in similar regions and experience levels?

I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice
